Not everyone cares about minor panel gaps here and there. I have a 2018 M3 and a 2022 MY and the other aspects of the car - tech, barely needing any maintenance, door handles, battery range, supercharger network - all more than negate minor

Tell that to Github, Shopify, Gitlab, Zendesk etc that have been doing fine. How often do you hit ‘that certain size’ when velocity starts to degrade anyway? X works well until it doesnt… is not exactly a compelling argument. That can be sa

Please, no more annoying popups asking me if i want to accept cookies or be tracked. I am in the ‘do not care’ camp and i just want to be able to visit sites without having to click accept every time. These consent banners are a false sense

I bumped into a lion in the forest the other day that was aghast and somehow offended and told me the same thing when I mentioned that power grids and water systems were critical infrastructure.

This is IMO why Tesla is dominating the EV space - the combination of great software with the hardware, although the recent software update irked a lot of people and is a few steps backward. For the longest time touch display and navigation

Odd to see a bunch of 1-10 sized startups have director and vp of engineering roles. I’m assuming there is a CTO at those companies as well but I would have expected efficient team comp for that size to be one CTO 1 CEO 1 CPO one or two sal

Have worked on a few SaaS apps that are built on just a couple of Linode/DigitalOcean VMs and bare metal DBs. Costs on AWS would have been 3-4x more. It isn't difficult writing Chef scripts or building a postgresql cluster with au
