It’s an authoritarian state. They could actually just effectively mandate that each woman has to have two kids if medically possible.

I doubt it but it would be a testament if it was this guy and he used a small public transport “seed fund” to start a postage empire.

How do people hear about things like this? I would have loved to be involved but it’s too late now.

This is only tangentially related but I wonder if Bing’s numbers are shooting up since ChatGPT does all its lookups using Bing.

Why? There’s no way you can do as much rigorous testing on it as the large manufacturers especially when your life is on the line.

It’s not nothing though. For the 8 nuclear plants the combined output will be 7GWe. That can power 50 million+ homes. That’s like a fifth of the population.

Meanwhile India is building 8 reactors right now with 10 more planned over the next decade. China is actively building 23 right now.

They should have given out a normalized score like 8.1/9 in this case. 30 points is a lot. I had a perfect score (1600/1600). Getting a 1570 would have been significantly different. This is probably worse at admission cutoff thres

Yes. I usually take someone assuming I’m scared of something as a slight affront. It’s diminutive instead of using a word like unintelligible in this case.

If they annulled the question, why would the score drop? Shouldn’t the scores be renormalized around the new number of questions, the easiest way being to just give everyone the points for it?

It’s possible. You have to have a lot of US citizen operatives to be able to pull off an infiltration and though places like China have the resources to pull it off (and probably do), it’s not all that easy.

That’s just biodegradable plastic. It will last a couple of days out in the open. I actually mean plastic that’s lasts for multiple lifetimes but still starts to break down only after ~200 years.

If anything, it seems better to me than using fertilizer, if electricity is an effective replacement. it’s a renewable resource, it doesn’t stick around and runoff into streams and rivers, and since it’s conductive through the ground, maybe

I guess it varies from individual to individual. I can be out in 110F weather all day comfortably if I have enough water and a large hat but have very low tolerance for the cold.
