I think it should simply be two parts: 1). A list of what steps were taken 2). What conclusions can be drawn from it Instead we get something that combines both so it is hard to tell where researchers beliefs come into play.

I think the problem is because of the virtual machine, instead of being compiled to an executable. I mean GraalVM is great - but why did it take so long to develop? I mean Sun could still be alive if developers and users had instant startup
