Also iOS support is needed for Chrome on iOS. Since the same engine is used for Safari and Chrome in that platform. That's the other easy explanation as to "why iOS?"

If you are in a T-Mobile "refarmed area" they have 3G on 1900MHz. But "refarmed area" are very limited. Otherwise, Flame doesn't support the AWS band (1700MHz).

The word processor can spay what you are typing. Also this web page can spy the comment I am typing. Including the stuff I deleted. Please before it say "it spies", show us what it captured and sent to third-parties (ie not YOU).

Also Safari on iOS send the type ahead information for search suggestions. By default. Even in Private Browsing mode. And the switch is all or none.

The advantage is of Cordova is leverage the web as a framework to build cross-platform mobile apps. FirefoxOS just became another supported platform. That's all the point.

Canada law is weird. They have "Crown copyright". As for Canada Post, they are required to make money, and are not required to not exploit publicly funded dataset like the postal code database. This is called monopoly.

I would say "yes". But that's pure speculation. However I wouldn't be surprised there was a bidding and that big names like Google or Apple might have been in the loop. Time will tell, or maybe not.
