Distrokid has been out for a couple of years now and it's easy to see that it's pretty damn popular. Sure someone can get a team together and create the next Distrokid (I'm sure it's happening), but they'll be behin

It's in Apple's best interest to continue supporting both. Why? Let's just remove the POV of app developers and simply look inside Apple. The article mentioned a very important point. Apple itself has not adopted Swift as fas

I find that most people understand the general concepts of basic calculus. What's hard to wrap around is when you start getting into proofs (ie. delta-epsilon, trig, e,...and that's just some general ones). I suppose that's h

I think job security was one of my decisions too. Another important decision was the fact that I wanted to be able to use React for both web and mobile apps. Mastering JS was a big bonus. That being said, it's definitely a smart move t

As an iOS developer, I had to decide between investing more time in Swift or React-Native. I chose React-Native simply because I thought it will allow me to broaden my mobile development experience and maybe one day stretch to even the Andr

Agreed. It's easier to blame what's in front of our eyes and trending. However, I wouldn't go as far as saying the tech industry had nothing to do with it. It's all relative.
