   I only heard about Herdr recently and was pleasantly surprised that I had invented the same thing 6 months ago as an emacs package called Magnus :)

   Opus-4.6 is so far ahead of the rest that I think Anthropic is the winner in winner-take-all

   Haven't really spent time working with more than 2-3 agents at a time. I quickly become the bottleneck when I review the diffs/plans and can't really context switch that much during development. The sweet-spot is 2-3 agents c

   Housing prices have been collapsing since mid-2022 and the real estate market is expected to crash to 2008/09 great recession levels in the next few weeks.
