A relatively new revelation for me is that it's practically impossible to "fix" or replace negative thinking. It's like trying to bite your own teeth. The only way to eradicate chronic negative thinking is by not thinkin

Just signed up (it was the vertical farming episode + reasonable price point that sold me). The $2.99 price is perfect for a sporatic watcher like me. One suggestion: please make your app available in the Amazon app store. Some of us don&#x

I'm going to back you up on this. I'm sorry to hear there are problems, but I won't be switching OS's. Mint has been rock solid for me.

I am. I've tried dozens of Linux distributions (sadly, this isn't an exaggeration) and Mint is likely the easiest and fastest one to set up and start being productive with. When my daughter asked what Linux distro she should insta

Nice to see LibriVox get some love on HN. I'm currently listening to The Book of Ser Marco Polo, the Venetian, concerning the kingdoms and marvels of the East: https://librivox.org/the-book-of--marco-polo-1-by-rustichel

I used to meditate for 20 minutes daily, but my mind still acted like a spoiled petulant child, so I upped it to two hours first thing in the morning (in one sitting). I use one of these meditation posters as a focal point: http:/
