Im not confused. A lot of the context you are inferring is just in your mind. It's funny to see someone invent a narrative then have a conversation with himself while trying to gaslight another person that they invented the narrative.

Same. I have been wondering that it could be a promising AI feature to implement typical human subconscious like heuristic features. Like message compression - context expansion heuristic policies. Gotta be autistic to think of this stuff c

I do not disagree, but can you cite the studies proving this? Also proof that people did die from respiratory failure due to propylene glycol inhaling? You shouldn't ask for disprove studies if you don't provide proof studies.

I sometimes think people are hallucinating due to the predictive coding of the brain. Small compressed messages like small talk can get uncompressed into narratives, controlled hallucinations of sort that define social fictions that people

Europeans started smoking tobacco in 1492 and it spread super fast. It probably can't be eliminated completely, but if they slowly make it illegal for young people to start the habit it can be reduced

Vaping is not healthy but there is a lot less material inhaled. No fine particles which do real damage. So vaping is still unhealthy but less than smoking plant matters.

I don't really agree, I think the future should run on humans. AI is a great solution in niche areas but generally doesn't make much money. All the large companies are in the negative. The steam engine was less of a bubble and was

Should be illegal to burn books for this reason. Burning 1 book as a protest, fine. But burning a lot to destroy information? Hell no.

I really wish they turned it into a dependency or database framework where users could define their own business logic to swap out the double entry accounting, while reusing all the system architecture and networking features, consensus etc

The rust ecosystem is going to be hit by malware just like the NPM ecosystem. I have been saying it for years. They made the same mistakes or even worse mistakes because all it takes is a compromised serde to take the entire ecosystem down.

Are you not required to grant an explicit permission for it to access audio? If not that is highly disturbing.

Yeah the deadline to move everything is drawing near I am actually not impressed by how fast things are going but all progress is good.

It's a very straightforward business model and they started just in time to become popular as there are hundreds of alternatives out there. I also congratulate the founders for pulling this off.

Real breakthrough happens with custom trained models Having your grandpa create a todo app over the weekend is great, but churning out code faster does not really make human science progress. Custom models trained on niches could perform be

Yes, the tech should arrive eventually but its needs a breakthrough to use readily available chemicals that are not regulated. You are right, social and legal policy is important but it's not really gonna stop a terrorist organization

You'll need a simulated environment because brain development depends a lot on the environment, it's not purely genetic.

The regulation at the DNA Printer level works I think, as long as nobody invents a good at home DNA printer, but if they do that there is no need for custom viruses, somebody can take an existing one that is known to be deadly and just prin

Yeah, I use go and it's great. Most of the time the generated code is good quality also. If a language is simple, it' easier to generate good code.
