   Do you have a source for that? If I'm not mistaken it was talked around here in the past about them taking the wallets and keys portion from cryptocurrencies.

   That's the just of it. Many of these public ledgers, like Bitcoin, form a massive transaction graph. Blockchain analytics tools and companies de-anonymize nodes in these graphs by matching real-world transactions to blockchain transact

   Yes this would be better as far as on-chain privacy goes. Although something to consider is liquidity issues.
