I'm a new Signal user myself (maybe six weeks or so). In the past week there's been a huge influx of my contacts joining Signal. I will continue to use iMessages for my iOS contacts. For SMS people I will gently nudge (hey, have y

The 1st Amendment does not guarantee the right to say anything we want, anywhere we want. POTUS still has the absolute right to walk around the sidewalks of DC and spout whatever non-sense he so chooses. If I go to Walmart and choose to sho

I'm not convinced we need a decentralized model. You provide very specific points as to why and I agree with each. We need a provider that is willing to host content that abides by the laws of the host country. The provider needs to ta

For the past couple of months I have been taking 5000IU daily of Vitamin D. Will get my levels checked here in a week or so with my annual physical and will know how my body is handling this dosing. In addition to Vitamin D, my daily regime

On one hand, it would currently double the time commitment from me (and my interviewing peers) per candidate. That would be a tough pill to swallow. Interview processes are designed mostly for the employer, not the candidate. That's ju

Apologies are due, sir. Two things happened. First, I hastily read through the question and rushed my response. Second, just a few minutes prior I finished a workout and was quite exasperated. The use of the term "not judging" is

Has anyone here pivoted from software engineer to software engineering recruiter? Curious or yours (or anyones for that matter) thoughts on this topic. It's a move I've considered just to keep my career interesting.

There’s something that should be said about people that are contagious yet should be in quarantine meaning they’re no longer actually infecting people. Instead we get BS numbers that make it seem like every person that is contagious is st
