   Making housing a commodity - I.e if you buy a house for 300k, you should expect to sell the house for 300k. Many people buy houses with the intent they they appreciate

   Is one million really the point where on prem becomes cheaper? I would think it’s much more like 10 million. Between having to pay server engineers and regional distribution and power costs I’d think it adds up to far more than 1 million. W
