The GP merely mentioned their experience in support of a victim. I'm not sure why you rushed to silence the GP and belittle their understanding of their own religion. Seems a bit prejudiced.

I wonder how much projects like Hedy appeals to adults over kids. Egalitarian, multilingual coding sells well to parents. Children, so I hear, just want to make Minecraft mods or Roblox games. Seems like a tension between the customer and t

This internet comment has a lot of conviction, but my experience differs. A company I once worked for "asked" me and others EM's to fast-track hiring African American engineers to meet an internal diversity quota. The company

At first, I saw your comment as character assassination. Then, I saw pages after pages of CP handled by Drew, or someone who wanted to look like Drew. This HN thread covers the drama succinctly: https://news.ycombinator.com/

My take: if a given task is not fun, then it is work. People on average do not enjoy work. They do not like doing work, let alone doing it well. Training kids to do work well, without any pleasure, necessitates heavy accountability enforced

It's definitely true that early farm employment can deprive children of opportunity, and cause a knock-down effect on their education. Your naysayers are right to cite how exploitative these illegal farming employments are. But the res
