I can imagine that it is really hard to maintain the codebase or at least keep the dependencies up to date. How many devs are working on this project?

Would be good if the browsers could offer more sane styled default elements. Why do I have to create a iOS like switch myself!? This is so often needed and a classic checkbox is not sufficient from UI perspective.

Good that you mention this point. This is for me the main reason to use jQuery in a project: backwards compatibility. I am gladly in the position where I make my own business decisions and so I choose which browsers I want to support. That

Sorry but nowadays I feel that jQuery is like php for the frontend: people get results fast but the average code quality is so shitty. Why on earth is jQuery used for things that normal js can do instantly? There are so many libs out there

"Go programs will get a little bit slower in exchange for ensuring lower GC latencies." How much slower are Go1.5 programs compared to their Go1.4 version? Is this relevant for web apps?

I really like http://www.sequelpro.com/ for mysql. The lack of a good admin gui for postgres is one reason I preferred mysql over postgres.

I have the feeling that flask has been neglected for a while. The last release 0.10.1 was on Jun 14, 2013. The mastermind behind Flask, Armin Ronacher, is more into Rust nowadays. I once started a big codebase on Flask and had to move away

IMHO: The author neglects the fact how Go shines in the Packaging. It is clear that ruby and python are nice for scripting but Go also is not too verbose.

I feel the pain for many musicians that release tons of music and nobody ever listens. I release music for fun from time to time and I only got traffic on my I See Fire Drum & Bass Remix because I added (Hobbit End Credit Song) to the t

I just stumbled upon this little JS Framework by w3schools. I never heard of it before and it isn't hosted on github as it seems. Anyway it looks like fun. Has anyone used this lib in production? Seems they released it in February 2015
