You need exactly 0 women in a discussion about how to treat women in the workplace to reach the right conclusion, it's ridiculous that you attribute having right perspective on things to sex. You threat women exactly as everybody else.

Our culture and our behaviors are a really vast field. It's easy to skew the perception of things when you select and repeat only the part you want. For example you mention wage, and that's because it's repeated over and over
