Then that's not a realist, by definition. > accepting a situation as it is and being prepared to deal with it accordingly. or > representing a person or thing in a way that is accurate and true to life.

It certainly takes less that 45 minutes to send registered mail. There are even online services to which you can upload a PDF or document of your message. I have done this on numerous occasions.

So now likely hundreds (or more) of individuals have to not only wait on hold forever, but have to learn the process of and actually go through with filing a small claim? That there is recourse is beside the point when it is mired in bureau

I think you might be over-reading things. I saw maybe three negative-ish comments among all of them. Then you have ones like this that are in direct contrast to your sentiment: > Interesting and fun insight for us country hicks!! thanks.

Anyone know more about the Midas Project? They seem like they were created just to target Cognition AI when there are far larger players in this space.

At least on mobile there is no way to copy and paste things from the main screen into the phone screen. Each time I navigate from the phone screen and return the state is lost which makes it impossible to copy/paste multiple long hard

I appreciate the additional information, though to the point it does not seem that FDA is _required_ to give any notice before an inspection.

That is crazy. Restaurants don't get any notice for health inspection, why are drug factories treated differently when the risks are larger? edit: The parent comment is flat-out incorrect. Not sure where you are getting your informatio

If history is any indication it will be local police responding to shots fired. Many municipalities in NJ do not allow the discharge of a firearm within town limits. Morris Township has such a law in their code as well.

Yeah but the dockerfile that builds the wordpress image or whatever is not being recreated/rebuilt with every pull of wordpress.

What is the incentive to divulge the information if they don't have to? Customer service? "We're the one bank that will tell you why we are dropping you as a customer"?

When a case is brought to court, they have to outline the methods used to determine the perpetrator. Why is it okay to do that for things like murder and other crimes but not for banks?

I really wish it was open-source. I loved the concept and the app worked in most applications (though not the best with Slack). But I have reservations when it comes to granting full screen access to an app made by some unknown developer.
