Obviously very nice looking icons. It would be even better to be able to download them as font. Then one can customise the icons later on his/her own website using CSS (text-color, background-colour, font-size, etc).

The answer is simple. They don't care about moral side of their actions and government doesn't want to take any serious action about that. I would be surprised if they stopped doing so.

Doing data analysis with bash seems interesting. It's perhaps the fastest way to do quick queries. But I am wondering, how much data analysis can you do with "BASHing data"?

I don't think it would be that much effort for facebook to stop tracking Belgium or German users. They have excellent software engineers. If they followed the rule of "separation of concerns", only small percent of their code
