You would think its better on windows, but it's not. The notifications ignore the global notification settings and pop up even when you only allow notifications with priority. And they are using their own implementation as well

I'm running 4 hosts behind 4 different NATs in the same zerotier-virtual-network and never had any issues. By far the easiest way to accomplish connecting different hosts behind different NATs. No config whatsoever required!

Its already built into Windows. You can use Presentation Settings: Windows Mobility Center -> Presentation Settings -> turn on (or "presentationsettings /start") This works even if you cannot run custom applications

As I read it, this proposal only stores the keys used for signing in the blockchain. You could use DNSSEC though to archive basically the same thing.
