On the other hand, my browser (Firefox) keeps overflow through 8GB ram few times a day. Sometimes I wish people programmed like we had 512megs in a luxury machines.

I'd suggest to look at 9front which is a Plan 9 not-a-fork at http://9fs.net/ Actively developed/maintained Plan 9 based OS. If anyone really uses it, please tell us about it. I'd be really happy to hear!

I've always used Cython to make an extension. Speed improvements have always been awesome. I'm not sure when I'd want to use HPy over Cython. What are your opinions on this, please?
