    Silly question, but doesn't ipv6 make mitigating DoS attacks all that more harder? i.e. you can't easily blacklist IP addresses...

    AWS actually have a "pillar" of architecting called "Cost Optimization". Found it interesting in their GameDay at the AWS Reinvent conference they effectively punish solutions costing too much & being inefficient.
