yeah I always found the public, but especially tech's industries interest in Amazon's warehouse conditions somewhat dubious. Where I used to live there were tons of people who worked at normal warehouses and switched over to Amazo

I want to agree, but at the end of the day the corps doing this are taking crappy properties and renovating them. They want to fix it up and resell it or charge higher rents than the current owners. That's how they make their profits.

Either deregulate to allow for developers to build more, or have the govt step in and build more. (Maybe even both) Nothing should stop housing from being an investment in the same way that any good effected by supply and demand is, but the

I had another comment about university involvement in student life higher up, but I wanted to address the residency thing specifically. Lots of these colleges require students living on campus for money for inflated rent, b/c students

While it is tempting to blame universities entirely for this, and I can go on all day about it, students culture has changed a lot too. I'm not sure what has caused it.
