I don't know - I recently interviewed with xAI and it sounds like they have some really interesting things in the works that extend into the physical world. I wouldn't write them off, personally.

I've not had any issues using mamba environments and vanilla pip. Not sure why I would need to change that? I have packages that thousands of people use, and others that help manage billions of dollars. I've managed to keep things

I love Postgres, but this is the most pointless, tone-deaf, biased article I’ve read in a long time.

Feels like half of the comments in this thread are covert advertisements from cloud providers.

While the title is correct, it is a bit misleading, because disabling the GIL breaks the asyncio tests. It's like saying the engine can be removed from my car. Sure, it can, but the car won't work.

What app are you using to write code? How do you get a terminal without using a MacBook?

Yeah, looks like you’re expected to spend a minimum of $3,000,000 to meet the minimum requirement for some of the offerings.

Isn't the same true for uppercase letters, too? What about binary encoded text? Probably true if you translate the page to ones and zeros, as well.

I never thought I would be a simp for electric cars, but after owning one, when I hear someone driving an internal combustion engine, I just feel bad for them - such an inefficient, dirty system.

It’s not that hard to get librdkafka linked to your Go code. I did it in a day, behind a corporate firewall, without root access, and an outdated GCC compiler. Most of the day was spent compiling a new version of GCC.

This entire article is just an advertisement for an online course they are offering. Junk content, writing; it reads like something out of the NY Post.
