   Thank you. I agree. There is not a doubt in my mind that I could have done certain things better, and I certainly do not deny that. I still have a lot to learn.

   I agree. I feel partly responsible for their frustrations on K's team and ultimately, their departure. Sometimes I wonder if things would be better had I not made that suggestion. And no, I did not.
