I suffered severe dizzy spells infrequently. My doctor said another patient prevented that symptom by removing caffeine from her diet. I did the same and my dizzy spells were weaker subsequently, eventually eliminated! Suggest you examine

Both quality and quantity are important for sustained human good health. Quality as far as your default diet and quantity regarding your use of regular physical exercise. BTW people using the Mediterranean diet generally live longer.
