Texas dosen't count your primary residence as attachable in a bankruptcy. While in CA, you are only provided $250,000 in coverage. Personally, I don't think anyone should be able to touch your first primary home for any reason. (

I agree now as an adult. I avoid any establishment that is filled up with cheap labor. (I guess it's not PC to say that, but I just look around, and it doesn't take MFCC in psychology, to reconigize miserable low wage employees.

You probally did this, but take your BP at home. Just walking into a Dr's office raises mine, and that's before the bill. Most doctors will have you check your bp daily for a month to see if you are actually hypertensive.
