   It's hard to imagine such a luxury as being the same sort of monopoly as the other two things. The other two are basically necessary in order to find and go to work.

   This is the crux of it. The short disclosure window could hurt 3rd parties unnecessarily. Although I enjoy reading grandparent's counterpoint

   If the term is flexible, why the hard reaction to my flexing of it? I agree with the sibling commenters here. This is a bad faith, financially-motivated disclosure with insufficient time given to AMD to react

   I'd rather not reward the parties which have control. Seems that may keep the status quo alive unless you fund any party. Then it becomes hard to define which parties to fund and which not to.
