Sadly it takes about 24 to get tested and 24 hours for the lab result. That gives very little time to trace contacts before they start entering the asymptomatic-but-infectious-to-others stage. A one day delay is a problem.

Whilst I've worked with older PHP which was indeed awful. The modern stuff is quite OK. PHP has drifted into a decent design recently. I hope that any future language designer will take PHP as a case study of incremental improvement.

The USA started an illegal war. Assange exposed some of the war crimes (for which no one has faced justice). The USA wants revenge. They are acting like a banana republic and this extradition request should be treated as such.
