What they claim to expect and what they actually expect are probably a bit different. It wouldn't be surprising to see them sell much earlier than they publicly indicate.

Prison food contracts are usually awarded via a bid process. If the two facilities are included in different contracts, which is not unusual, then the price bid by Sysco could very well be different just based on market conditions at the ti

At first I was offended that you would imply that MBAs are purchased rather than earned. I read way too much of that text before I had the hey-wait-a-second moment.

I suspect, and of course this is a only my guess, that most of the people locked into IE6 are in work environments that aren't conducive to social browsing or online shopping limiting that 4%'s value. Unless you are targeting a fa

I'm going to go with rustic. I think the phrase -a more rustic experience- has a much better sound and connotation than -a more rusty experience-.

Perhaps the sarcasm missed me, but you know people willing to commit money a year in advance on a crowd funding website is only a tiny portion of the entire market, right?

I think they mean "more efficient" like the cotton gin made the cotton industry more efficient. By reducing the labor involved in processing cotton, the companies that used cotton gins could eek more profit from every acre of production. H

This is the Georgia school district that lost it's accreditation a couple years ago. The leadership in the county is completely ridiculous. You would normally be able to dismiss this incident by accepting the official's claim that the stude

I think the purpose of the tax credit was to invigorate the electric car industry. I would imagine any way that Tesla can use the tax incentive to move more cars is in line with the government's intent. Increasing sales makes the company b

I'd check your RAM settings first. A faster processor helps, but to virtualize an OS properly you need a good chunk of RAM to make both Host and Guest feel snappy. Four gigs works well for me without a VM running, but is a little laggy on
