Although I cannot personally vouch for it, I read that Scientific Linux gets updates more often compared to CentOS.

When I was in the States, some buddies had some Philippine Peso coins which weigh and are roughly the same size as quarters. They used a few if these to operate coin-based laundry machines.

Bought Far Cry 3 and it does the same. When you launch the game on Steam it installs UPlay which requires you to have a UPlay account as well. With an account you can launch the game from Uplay.

We use Grails purely for the convenience of its Views, Controllers, and Services. For the backend, we use Java - backed REST-like services. It is trivial to remove the GORM/Hibernate dependencies from Grails. If you can use No-Sql data

I am curious, what type of app do you have running on the 512MB VPS? I use Java in my day job but I am considering using Python for a side project primarily because of a JVM-based app higher memory requirement.

Same here. Been a looking time Thinkpad used. I was planning to get one of them Retina MBPs when they are updated and released later this year. I am still waiting too see what Lenovo will offer that can replace my aging Thinkpad W500.

I've been an Ubuntu user since Breezy but currently trying out Mint. Considered using Fuduntu, since we mostly use RHEL for work, but since the project will end soon, will wait for what will "replace" it
