My problem is not only procrastination but motivation. Why should I be doing all these tasks? I appreciate having a clean house but having one isn't fulfilling or enjoyable. Am I just a work machine? I want to soar with the eagle

Oh definitely there are fewer provider options with Medicaid and Medicare, again, in my experience, I received better healthcare than I did with an employer insurance plan.

I was on Medicaid for three or four years and had much better healthcare than when I was on an employer plan. Employer Plan w/ a shoulder injury: no MRI until three months of PT (physical therapy without knowing what the issue is????)

Short answer: problem solving. At the mid-level of climb difficulties, a climber needs to figure out footwork, body tension, balance, and move sequence to advance up the climb.

That's a completely unfounded fear. I've climbed on and off for 35 years and have injured my finger tendons a few times but never to the extent that it interfered with my programming job. Injuries do happen but one can learn to

I played the game again today and easily found a solution. It told me I found an alternate solution. It'd be nice to be able to see the official solution.

My thoughts: Add option to eliminate sounds and light show when dragging letters. Add ability to select the difficulty. A difficult puzzle on a gray Saturday morning during breakfast is more than I can handle.

Article completely forgot what's really important: software is supposed to provide value to users so SWEs need to understand the domain and design a system that does so. Some might say that it's the job of the business analyst bu

Of course it's a serious question. When I do a micro controller based project, processor selection is an important consideration. One can slap an ESP32 or a CH552 or dozens of others on a breadboard too and do everything you mentione

My elderly mother has been scammed twice (that I know of). She fell for one of those "Your computer has been hacked" popup windows a few years ago. Which led to her buying a "protection" service that installed malware

Why? Why not use a modern and more powerful chip like the ESP32?

I haven't seen or touched a 6502 based computer since 1986. Are people using those ancient computers or actually using new(er) ones? I see 6502 based kits are available as are some new SBCs.

I've lived off-grid for three long summers (late spring to early fall). It's tremendous work. Most of the same systems exist it's just that one has to research, design, build, operate, maintain, and revise them instead of s

IMHO, the root cause is HTML was/is not designed for building user interfaces. It's amazing what people have accomplished with HTML but, damn, so much work compared to using an actual UI toolkit.

Maybe the root problem is keeping too much stuff? IRL, I have one bank box that has a folder for everything I truly need (e.g. dog papers, vehicle repair records, tax documents, deeds, and um... that's about it really). In my digital
