Fixing the seed wouldn't necessarily make LLMs deterministic. LLMs do lots of computation in parallel and the order in which these computations are performed is often indeterministic and can lead to different final results.

There is no source since it's not true. The product manager of Flutter/Dart said on Twitter that there was no change in team size, only some DevOps roles moving to other (likely cheaper) locations.

People love to say this but rarely provide concrete examples. Google has a habit of discontinuing unsuccessful services, not technologies like SDKs or whole programming languages.

I hope they are able to release a preview of Flutter on desktop early next year. C-interop for Dart sounds great and might be able to compensate the somewhat lacking native Dart ecosystem.
