Trello does not support offline operation. It may work sometimes but offline sync is not a feature of any of the official clients.

The iPad app is fully native, just like all our other apps. Hacking together a WebView app that is the same across platforms would have taken less effort but the end result would have been mediocre at best. I think actually that at this poi

As a merchant, it could hypothetically be easier or cheaper to deal with Bitcoin than other currencies online. (For example, note how aggravating/risky PayPal is.) It's not. Given the volatility of bitcoin you're taking on a lot of curren

Having looked at parts of the Office source I would be extremely surprised if this is anything but a statement to placate OSS devs. The sheer amount of effort required to port Office to Linux would be a few orders of magnitude greater than

My 2 cents: This is a horrible interview question. It tests arcane knowledge that takes about 15 seconds of googling, kind of like the varchar2 question in this blog post: http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/fog0000000073.html . It doe

You can view board activity which shows everything done recently. The other alternative is to use the API, which is full read/write: trello.com/docs

So Windows can't succeed because they've announced their products and aren't spacing the announcement and the codename used for the design language is actually a trademark owned by someone else? I'm sure that people are buying the new BMW 5

I love Inconsolata as well -- it's the only font on OS X that comes close to Consolas on Windows. For some reason though IntelliJ cannot render it well at all, so I've resorted to using Droid Sans Mono [1], which is awesome as well. [1]: h

I worked on this app and that is the same device and OS that I used, and I am in agreement with you. I think there still might be some performance wins here to make the scrolling smoother, so future releases should be better.

I worked on this app. We picked a minimum level that seemed to make sense after looking at usage data. We have gotten some feedback that people want support for older devices and we might do that, depending on the development and testing ef

You can export data very easily, either using the Trello API or just by appending ".json" to pretty much any URL. For example to get a JSON dump of the resources board: https://trello.com/board/trello-resources/4f84a60f0cbdcb7e7d... (note

It's about the type system. Dynamic, weak typing makes writing static analysis/refactoring/etc tools extremely hard, but more importantly makes nearly any compile-time guarantees impossible. Having your app crash because of a small typo of
