It's not my fault if they are operating at a very high cost is it? A company that wants me to pay for its content and sprinkle its ads around it is greedy for sure. Paid content or ads. Pick one. Picking both obviously isn't working.

I don't think a gender focus, or discrimination should be part of any strategy.

Take a look at lthread: https://github.com/halayli/lthread lthread supports concurrency and parallelism using pthreads. Each lthread scheduler runs its own lthreads concurrently, or better said, one at a time. But from an observer's persp

First off, putting C and C++ in the same category is plain wrong. One is a low level language, and the other is a high level language with tons of features, and rich libraries. When it comes to performance, you either require it or you don'

Generally speaking, it's a good practice for interviewers to turn whatever problem they are working on into a simplified interview question and give it to the interviewee. This way they'll know if the candidate can solve problems that they'

I find it funny that programmers are debating why we should hate OO. It's like we know we should hate it but we are still in progress of figuring out why.

SPDY and WebSocket can be merged. WebSocket can be yet another frame type in SPDY. At least compression would be supported out of the box.

What is SPDY? read the spec: http://dev.chromium.org/spdy/spdy-protocol/spdy-protocol-dra... I don't see the point of over explaining the spec. The spec is straightforward and simple to read.

Here's my suggestion. Pick a niche market. A market that you don't have to create and a market that is already lucrative. At this point you are not building a product to test a market/theory because it already exist, and proven. Then build

I think you made a decision to use Go without explicit reason beside that you've been hearing about it and now you are coming up with reasons to back your decision. In other words, you are moving backwards from decision to made up reasons.
