Posting content with little to no validation of fact isn't a valid form of journalism and isn't any kind of "counter movement" IMO. That's called a gossip column or tabloid.

Are there benchmarks comparing this to Hikari? What is the benefit to using this over Hikari?

It appears that you are primarily focused on biz2biz is that correct? If so, I couldn't find much on the site related to what guarantees your company provides. For example, what happens if you give me a "certified breakdown"

It's not correct grammar but it has meaning. "Can I pick up medicine for someone else at the pharmacy?" is a proper way to ask but that's not how a lot of people end up searching (with correct grammar)

It's funny because of all the crickets. I asked a question after the OP requested one and I've seen no response in 5 days.

Hah! I see that you've never been on the customer side of these issues. Try explaining "we can't fix cuz it's not our problem" or "we can't fix cuz our moral compass is just and we shouldn't do things

How would you envision supporting 10X the usage that you have today 1 year from now if all that usage is falling under your "free" plan constraints?

This isn't an answer to how they might monetize this service and quite frankly I've seen the OP/Co-Founder post their "answer" to this question on multiple other comments and it's extremely hand-wavy. I current

Not sure how much sarcasm is built into your statement but as a long time user & supporter of Postgres I have to disagree. Postgres is fantastic at many things but there are times when it's not the best choice. An example would be

I agree with you wrt hiring but I think the choice on language (especially at startups) largely comes down to founder knowledge. As a full-time Scala developer (and long time Java guy) I've seen first-hand the benefits and drawbacks of

It's not a bad argument but I've tried both ways and the practical route gets devs using git much faster than trying to start with concepts. If this were a class on git I might agree with you but Im in the business, not the classr

What kind of crap response is that? Ask any 100 people on the street about any industry specific tooling or terms and you're likely to get nothing. Go ask people 100 people about "liquidated derivatives" and see what happens.

I have to strongly disagree with this approach to teaching git. I've been in software engineering for a decade now and have taught many entry level and experienced devs about git. If you start out with trees and other git internal conc

That's because it's not programming. ML describes a strategy using machines to derive information from data. You use programming languages to tell machines how to execute on that strategy.
