How could clearly explaining what your site does and who it's for not be the right thing to do? I can't even begin to think of a reason why you would hide this from potential users.

What are you doing to generate ideas? To come up with sellable subscription products for businesses, you need to obsessively study and interact with your potential audience. Good ideas won't just spring into your mind.

Prices were slightly higher at launch, with $4.99 and $9.99 being fairly common price points. (Super Monkey Ball, the first heavily-promoted game I can recall, was $9.99.) But by Christmas 2008, less than a year later, prices were about wha

People are quite good at selecting people like them - in my experience, it's quite possible to have a nice diverse group of people, all of whom have exactly the same viewpoints. I'm not objecting to this proposal in any way - nothing wrong

I don't know - distrust of and feelings of alienation from elites are pretty common conservative themes. I'm both conservative and a big Pink Floyd fan, and never felt that that was weird. Of course, any band with enough albums is likely to

An old acquaintance of mine runs a startup called BancBox ( http://www.bancbox.com/ ), which I believe can do this. I haven't used it personally so I can't vouch for its quality.

All good design is moral design, and only moral design can ever be good. Nonsense. Good design is effective; its quality is independent from its aims. There's been no shortage of good design used for vile aims, and there's tons of good ca

Tell that to every unemployed actor in Los Angeles. Doing what you love helps with success, but it's not a panacea - you're still subject to the same constraints as everybody else.

Seems to fall apart at a close look. Except at the extremes, "materially improves users' lives" seems highly subjective. You can make this fit almost any product with a clear conscience - so no one's going to describe themselves as a Dealer
