No, I just don't see a huge difference in functionality - my comment was tongue in cheek.

I keep seeing this posted and I just really have no idea what people are talking about. I've been using Android since..right after the Nexus one came out and I don't see this awesome ok Google feature everyone talks about. All I h

Disagree that he can get away with it. Michelin star or not, this guy wouldn't have a modicum of main stream recognition if it weren't for Anthony Bourdain giving him his 15 minutes of fame. If you watch the Mind of a Chef series

As usual, that gray area in the middle is where you find the right answer. I am a product manager - I spend some days arguing, civilly but intensely with the architects and engineering teams on what should be done and why. This conflict - t

I'd be willing to bet that you were an engineer that eventually moved into management. Most technical people, surprisingly, don't have the tact to discern these two scenarios.

Somehow, someway, a discussion about AI has to touch on disadvantaged people and racism. Sigh. Can't wait for a new president.

That's nice for you but the whole point of my comment was that I tried OP's commands.

Ah good point - this might be google now. It's the voice search feature on the search bar that persists on all home screens. Didn't realize they might be different products.

Exactly. Obama has been trying to smatter himself across history throughout his presidency with a lot of "first president, first president in X years" activities, and this screams of ME TOO-ism. Previous to this comment he's

Get off your high horse. They clearly said they are doing a deep dive review and that if you were after details like this you should wait for that review.

I really don't know how I feel about the government legislating stuff like this. Sure, I understand all the -isms of the world make it so that we can't have nice things. But what if a business figures out that a certain demograph

Wow how interesting to read this here. I saw this company on FE and requested more information. In the end, I decided against making an offer because developers are notoriously hard to develop for. That said, the business itself looked grea

The poster said Twitter's revenue has grown 5%. This is wrong. No matter how much you down vote me, no matter how much you want that to be right, that number is wrong. Look it up yourself.

I don't care much about this whole ordeal but your numbers are plain wrong. FYI Twitter's revenue has basically doubled every year the last 5 years.

I agree with you but you picked bad examples. I can hire an accountant, I can hire a lawyer. I can't hire someone to interact with other people for me in a way that gives off the "I'm one of you" vibe.

I agree with you - and if everyone spoke with this candor I wouldn't have a problem helping. The problem is that instead of saying what you've said, we try to help AS IF everyone is talented. Everyone is equally intelligent, hard

I don't think this is accurate. Most cars with a CVT don't have this but tout gearing as a special, unique feature. Often costing more than the same vehicle without. Case in point: Subaru Forester. All but the most bare bones mode

There is something very off putting about your comment regarding how you preemptively dismiss anyone who would dare argue with you. Time in the market beats timing the market - the adage is as old as time itself. Not sure that knowing it ma

Your response doesn't make any sense. Throw a hissy fit all you want about your pot, but you KNOW it's illegal and if you choose to ignore that that's on you. Same as with loans. You choose to take out the loan, that's o

I'm really torn on this for the same reason I'm torn on what to do with the people in jail for marijuana offenses: On the one hand, yes what's happening is wrong. On the other hand, you CHOSE to go into debt knowing that you

Good on you for trying, but people expect to see 50% black CEOs, Oscar winners, and government officials even though that's not how our population is distributed, nevermind population of colleges and certain majors.
