Granted my favorite video game is an updated version of something over 20 years old (AOE2DE), but I use Proton for a Windows-only game all the time and it works like a charm. I've done some other small games with friends and everything

It wasn't until last year that Tesla Model 3 surpassed the Nissan Leaf to be the best selling electric car. I know the Leaf is not as competitive in some ways, but it's sold in the US for years with plenty of success.

Yes, it's a very different experience running Android with Amazon's setup on a Fire Device than on with Google Play Services, even if it's binary compatible.

McDonald's lobbied to pay minors, as new hires, less than minimum wage, which is still allowed. https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/fact-sheets/32-minimum-wage... Perhaps a parallel to internships.

I've seen ways of running Android (Linux kernel) on iPhones for over a decade on-line, though I don't know that any ever fully supported it.

I've tried running in cotton and it is not a pleasant experience, especially in high humidity or rainy conditions (very common where I live).

Hmm I'm a runner and pretty much everything I wear for running is plastic. The common advice I've gotten is to avoid cotton and it's worked well for me. Anywhere I can read more about this?

Why is it called "Latino" when it is just in Spanish and not Portuguese (or maybe French? not sure if Haitians are Latino). It seems like "Hispanic" would be the better term since this is language focused rather than geo

I had a Nokia N800 "Internet Tablet" and loved that device. Android was a huge downgrade compared to what you could do with that in every way except interface, and the interface wasn't too bad.

We had these at my school in the 90s too. We used them for writing assignments and to learn to type, but several kids with bad handwriting got to use them for everything. I was always a bit jealous. :)

It's interesting RTF is discontinued when it is still the default format on the included word processor in Windows. I checked WordPad on Windows 10 and it still saves to RTF by default, though it supports docx and odt as well.

It's also worth noting that while most of the Baby Boomers are around typical retirement age, Buffet was actually born in 1930, over a decade before the "Baby Boom" after WWII ended. His children are boomers, however.
