   This is a pretty good comparison especially since the issue was FTX a) not anticipating the volatility of their holdings and b) incorrectly modeling how an unexpected price drop would have cascading effects on their ability to operate.

   True. I suspect improved filter performance is most useful for database development where preventing a read from unnecessarily hitting disk is the name of the game.
