   My guess is you are better than the people doing the hiring. I have done a lot of interviews and the people in charge are out of their depth. When someone with a three page resume comes in it makes them feel inadequate.

   Employers should use their brains instead of copying other peoples homework. Because that's how we got this mess. Everybody copying the same interview practices.

   We don't!? Animals have brains and nervous systems, form communities and social relationships. And a lot of them use tools as well. This is taught in middle-school biology. Get a pet, you will quickly realize how similar we all are.

    I have been looking for 3 years and haven't found one. I think only bad companies are hiring because only they have money. It's hard to make a profit from quality software products.
