Very cool. One of those "why didn't I think of that" apps.

I feel like I'm missing something... What's the value of a 5 letter domain over a 6 letter domain?

Definitely. Being successful is about cultivating good habbits, and you seem to be suffering from some rotten ones. I suggest you stop working on building a better business, and start working on becoming a better entrepreneur. That means bu

Ugh, I really hate comments in HN's economic threads. As with all economic theory, this is a framework for thinking about a problem, not a description of reality. All the author is saying is that there is a set of assumptions that when me

I agree that "is of value" doesn't flow from "can be of value". However, the idea that a company can force you to pay for things with zero value is bunk. If you value ESPN at $10 and History channel at $0, then they should charge you $10 re

As a developer supporting IE7, I definitely see this feature as a powerful release valve for frustrated developer. A little way of management to say to the dev team, "we understand your pain"

Before one goes to apply the Coase Theorem too broadly, it is important to note its limitations. The obvious ones are named by Coase himself: liquidity constraints, poorly defined property rights, and (of course) transaction costs. What cam

Is this your site? I like the concept, but one suggestion. The rounded rectangles with the computers specs look like buttons. The onhover effect doesnt help either. I tried clicking for 5-10 secs before realizing they werent buttons.

After the talk, I had a lot of time to meditate about this on the train back home. Yes, I think it'll happen, but it won't look anything like the valley. When I was aiming at a finance job, I had two recruiters from two separate banks tell

I see a lot of arbitrary changes in this video. I'm not saying all of them were, but I don't see the point in making your web team add 5 pixels here or there, or switch out "us" for "it". I didn't perceive their strategy as "experimental" b
