Firefox, current, is really slow on video rendering. Youtube on 1080p kinda freezes at times. Same video works perfectly in Chrome Im on Win10, this happenened on win8.1 aswell.

The difference is that there was room for other publishers, packager, retails, cc-processors to compete. So that naturally evolved to the much better deal we have today. But with Apples Duo-/monopoly, in 20 years we will have same 30%

SQL Server is a different beast. You get alot of performance enhancement out of box. Yes its costs money you save tremendous amount of tweaking time and headaches.

I dont think so? Wireshark will capture the packets sent to/from my PC only? The other packets, if network card is capable of promiscious mode, will be encrypted?
