Since they took this precious domain, I was wondering about the purchase price and if it was worth to buy this awesome domain—we are talking here about a mid six digit at least, rather seven digits. Then, I checked how much traffic speedtes

First, I thought why another speed test, then I saw that they link their results directly to speedtest.net (the reference) and finally, I realized that fast.com is so much faster in detecting the download speed (but lacks upload and ping).

Don't want to be too negative but the entire post could have been shortened to 'put it on Flippa'. Then, the other advice is quite obvious. Flippa isn't bad but if your side project is good for anything and you want to a

Would love to leave Google Mail but eventually, the ecosystem around Google Apps got so strong, in particular all the extensions for Google Sheets and Google Mail, it makes switching quite hard. And you get the Google Apps at a good price.

I miss something between a MacBook and a MBP. Something light with a Retina display, minimum 13" and a good CPU. Basically a Thinkpad X1 Carbon with OSX.

@Fred, would you mind disclosing all your Blockchain related investments? On USV's portfolio site I just found Blockstack Labs (2014), Coinbase (2013). Are there more or recently closed ones?

Over-engineering at its best. React is great but so wrong for an SSG and instantaneous loading of next pages is great but... - Preloading all blog posts does not scale and is not wanted; a post is read and only a tiny tiny part clicks on th

Wow, Marissa Mayer. That she agreed on Mozilla's change-of-control clause—so Mozilla can just walk away in case of a M&A deal and still get $1B—is simply disconcerting. I do not have any insights and why she gave in on this point b
