Yes. The intent is definitely to have the data be as open as possible. And Apache v2.0 is currently where it will stay. This project prefers the simplicity of Apache v2.0 and does not care for the RAIL licenses.

The project is in the data training phase. What you are running is the website and backend that facilitates model training. In the very near future, there will be trained models which you can download and run, which is what it sounds like y
