Every game menu feels like a casino now. Even the ones with no microtransactions put the trapping of P2W in. Cluttered flashy menus. When you get a drop instead of just giving you the item, they give you a chest with an unskippable flash

Tanks are about safely moving a big gun. Iraq war showed us it's more important to safely move people (up-armored hmmwv). Modern artillery, drones and missiles accomplish the "big gun" role better without having to get clos

Most cooking shows or recipes make things too fancy. You can make many recipes with a pan, a spatula, a knife and cutting board. Prep, cook and clean in 10 minutes. Burgers, pasta with homemade sauce, chicken salad. I can't even wal

In an efficient free market. The efficient is the frictionless spherical cow of economics, useful to describe theories even if it's never been observed in real life. That's why we have critical jobs, that are understaffed and po

NATO clearly answers this, No First Use. Individual countries can deploy though. US says no first use except in response to WMDs (so bioweapons or chemical weapons). By clearly defining it, it makes it less likely to escalate to accidenta

That is incorrect. NATO policy is "no-first use" for nuclear weapons. The member countries individually can make decision. Nothing in NATO mandates use of nuclear weapons, just that they join in common defense.

I didn't realize it was such a drop-in replacement. Couldn't you then use a LD_PRELOAD to translate TCP into MPTCP? Then applications wouldn't need to be modified.
