Yes, but it is often a sad reality of trying to run projects mainly written for glibc on musl. Not many people write portable C these days.

I mostly read GNU mailing lists, and there mbox is offered https://lists.gnu.org/archive/mbox/ . Linux seems to offer a git repositories with the messages, which is bit annoying, but script-able. Well, it is not

Lot of mailing lists offer the option to download mbox with old messages. So you can just download those for months/years when you were not subscribed.

Because the pixel I got suffered from connectivity loss (even on official ROM, not a GrapheneOS problem) and I needed a reliable phone for holding on-calls. :/ It is a shame, I really liked the system.

As a former user: 1. Installation is easy, assuming your phone is supported, you can even install it via Chrome-based browser with regular USB cable. 2. Great for daily use, no crashes. Bank app might or might not work, depends on the bank

You still need a developer account and application to be signed by apple in order to be able to side load it. Whether that requirement is legal remains to be seen.

Could you build an uber radar for detecting the planet, possibly working together with the radiotelescopes we already have? Given the article, it should be ~150 light hours from sun, which round trip time wise sounds doable.

(For me) mpv is faster. I had videos that vlc could not play without stutter (on my CPU) but mpv had no issues. Just layman's observation.

I had driver issues, the nvidia drivers refused to install on LTSC due to "system too old" error. True, at the time it was very new laptop, and it would probably work fine if I tried it now.

Yes, but there is no pin nor password for unlock. Or at least there wasn't last time I looked. So calling it a "lock screen" is bit of a stretch...

I really like the idea. But until it has an actual lock screen, it is not that useful sadly.
