No because I don’t use these shit platforms. But the point is if policy says to moderate content of type ABC then I don’t see why someone in TX would do something different than someone in CA. It’s the same policy.

Brilliant! Now you just need to hook up a Switchbot or something to it so you can deactivate it remotely. Say, from your desktop.

Clearly from comment comments here some humans can do this, but are we sure that bots can’t?

To be clear I never used iCloud/keychain exclusively, but my wife did and I performed the migration from that to 1P.

Yep that's mainly what I used. I trust it and it has a good feature set but the UX is just not up to snuff imo. I could get by with it but no way was I going to roll it out to my less techy family members. 1P is just much easier to use

With the disclaimer that my original post was firmly tongue in cheek and I don't expect it to ever happen: Trump has threatened 25% tariffs. If that were to happen I wonder if that ocean would suddenly seem much smaller.

I moved away from 1P some time ago due to their move to a subscription model. After trying other solutions and having high hopes for Apple finally shipping a passwords app I finally decided to move back this year. It's costly but excel

LS is excellent but if I'm going to go to the trouble of building firewall rules I'd rather them be at the network level so all my devices can benefit. What would be really cool is the LS UI but tied into something like pfsense fo

I've always joked about joining Europe because I feel we have more in common with them then our neighbour to the South, but recent comments from said neighbour's upcoming Führer have made the jokes just a tad more serious.

Installing and booting Linux absolutely implies consent to let it do what it does. It's open source, you can evaluate what it does before booting it. You know it's comprised of many processes, you know it has a networking stack, y
