Underwater habitats could probably be made with plastic still. Under a few hundred feet, radiation will probably drop off enough to not cause damage. Of course corrosion becomes a new problem to fight.

Maybe we can focus on crypto that doesn't have such high electricity demands for that purpose.

"This date range was subsequently affirmed through the testing of charcoal and caribou bones found at the three sites." Looks like they compared to the site as well, confirming the beads were there in pre-columbian times.

disaster.radio seems kind of dead. No commits to the GitHub in 4 months. The contributor who responded to the latest issue says they aren't actively working on it. I think it would be great if they merged as well. Do you have links to

This last fall I planted ramp(a type of wild onion/leek) seeds under some trees in my yard. They take 7 years to finally put out their own seeds, so in the meantime I'm looking forward to carefully harvesting a few leaves each spr

Well actually, a lot of proteins become the proteins that they are in animals via biosynthesis. But yes, at the bottom of the food chain plants capture the energy of sunlight which supports everything up the chain.

I had been holding out on updating from the old version of Firefox for Android(yes I know, security issues), but some of my favorite add-ons weren't supported yet. The other day my add-ons stopped working right(I think they updated on

Already sold out :(. I love the DIY aspect of this. I hate wearing watches, but with something like this I can 3D print my own belt loop or other style case to experiment with other forms of wearable.

And I bet if you went outside right now and tried to take a video of a passenger jet at cruising altitude with an iPhone, it wouldn't look too great. Try it again at night. The increase in camera phones does not mean we should have def

Popular sentiment is that UFO videos/photos are fake. With a car crash, you have the aftermath, so you accept the video of the crash as being real. With a UFO, people more often dismiss it even if they lack an alternative explanation.
