Don't know anything about the mayor but what he said seems reasonable to me. As a cyclist myself I have no problem merging into traffic if my lane is blocked, my experience though is most cyclists don't like to stop so end up cutt

This is true, I mean I should be in bed right now, I'll be up in 5 hours. But what am I doing? Watching Jessica Jones and writing this message, I'm definitely going to regret it in the morning!

I don't have anything against Facebook I just have no use for it. I have no use for any social media platform. They are a waste of my time.

Yes. Have a point and shoot for decent pictures, my current phone's camera is pants. Handy as maps are I wonder what privacy I'm giving up using them. I don't use sensors. I've actually considered recently getting a dumb

Weren't these civil actions taken by private citizens/rights group? The courts are just agreeing with these citizens/rights group. It's not like an EU agency is targeting Facebook unfairly. Personally I can only see this

Thanks for this. I've been looking for something like this for ages. I used to use VM's for this but it was a right pain. As an aside I used this guide having discovered it a couple of years ago. I can't remember how but I en

The police by the very definition of their job don't go around "tracking" regular folk. Only those that are doing or have done wrong. Seriously the police have better things to do than watch people on CCTV who aren't doi

Only as far as it goes. Tracking isn't as fine grained. Service providers main concern is the service. Can you be tracked this way? Yes, but not as easily as this is talking about

Current quality for the majority of CCTV is probably not good enough for facial. May be gait recognition is more feasible.

Having read just the abstract is seems that current implementations of Mac address randomisation is essentially useless rather the Mac address randomisation itself. Hopefully in the future the implementation will improve. Until then WiFi is

I'm not adverse to messing with config files but this seems a little above my knowledge base. I've no experience with functional programming so have no idea really how it's doing the things it's doing. Plus I can imagine
