It is unsustainable. Currently housing is priced as if it was going to increase 10% a year forever (and if that is not the case, you are almost always better off renting right now). There are multiple factors that pushed the prices artifici

YES! It is about time that realtors get disrupted. They take 6% out of most housing transactions and add very little value. They managed to put themselves in the critical path by lobbying and regulatory capture. You don't get access to

I will echo this. The only things top school really do is gate-keep who is allowed to get in, providing as a consequence some sense of exclusivity. The quality of education does not seem to be that different. And even if it was, it doesn&#x

I always found it interesting that almost every EV in real-life exceeds their EPA range, while Tesla in real-life cannot even get close. I would not be surprised that Tesla over-optimized everything with the EPA test as an utility functio

Fully agree with this. I have used GKE at scale as an example. It starts to break down significantly once your cluster reaches a couple hundred nodes. Only way to solve it is to have support resize your controller nodes manually. And as sup

We are using istio at scale. I have a love-hate relationship with it. It is very complex and builds on 5 other layer of abstraction (K8s, Envoy, Iptables,...). Grasping what is going on requires you to understand all of those layers first.
