Perhaps somewhat off-topic, but your branding seems inconsistent. Do you want to call it "Kickertape.com", "Kickertape." or "Kickertape"?

Please do this the right way. Any issue concerning IP and claims of infringement or violation of rights requires due diligence on both sides. At a very minimum, you should read the transcript of Andrew Tridgell's talk on patent defense at

You sound like you have a good idea of what went wrong. But surely you got a lot of things right too. What were they? It would sound like your mistakes point to a lack of research. It sounds like your co-founder isn't a friend, so you didn'

This is awesome! A simple idea, wonderfully executed. Couple of features I'd like to see: * An RSS/Atom/whatever feed of the articles, so they show up in my feed reader/Calibre * The exact same thing in reverse; Often, I'd just like to boil

Not really. It would look extremely awkward to announce a new port standard and then announce a brand new device that does not have that port, nor comes with a dongle to convert. No ball dropped here.

I've been using Zite recently on my new iPad and I must say I love it! I've easily spent more time on Zite than on any other app since i've bought my iPad. Great work and congratulations!

I'm not entirely sure the comparison is valid. Music tends to have a greater cultural influence than video games. Not to mention having real-life idols that proscribe to the 'gangsta' way of life. In fact, I think its people rather than the

As much as I agree with you on your observations of Indian bureaucracy, I think this case is slightly different. The RBI wants to treat PayPal like a bank and subject it to the same regulations as other banks (whether those regulations are

This is a crucial step for safeguarding privacy/security if OAuth is to become more prevalent. Any app may request any number of permissions from me; but I as a user should be able to choose what permissions it gets. I would take this one s
