"High-speed rail and solar shingles? If that's the president's idea of meeting our Sputnik moment, then Houston, we have a problem."
Really? Why is that a problem? Also, there was more to the speech than these two items.
The author of the article seems pretty confused. He wants to see vision in the President's policies. And yet he dismisses 'green jobs' as ' that's an industry off in the future. ' and demands a solution for a 'here-and-now economy.'
Perhaps the author has a point to make, but I can't see it.
